In 1988 she joined the firm of Girardin, Baldwin & Associates as a Bookkeeper, where, after hard work and demonstrated abilities, she was quickly promoted to Senior Staff Account.
Ms. Hart’s growing financial expertise and management skills led her to a management position within a successful Naples law firm, where her positive reputation garnered the respect and admiration of the firm’s numerous clients. Coincidentally, one of the firm’s clients was Signature Communities, Inc. and she was offered a position as Assistant Controller with the noted residential developer. Ms. Hart spent the next 16 years growing in her role until she eventually managed all aspects of the accounting operations from inception to completion as Controller for their numerous luxury projects, including The Regatta, The Vanderbilt, The Dunes of Naples and Moraya Bay.

In January 2011, Ms. Hart joined The Dunes of Naples as its Chief Financial Officer. In addition to bringing her operational expertise and intimate history of the property to her multifaceted role, Ms. Hart’s assertive style, meticulous attention to detail and tireless effort provide exceptional accounting management and the trusted financial oversight of nine associations and The Plantation Club.
Ms. Hart and her husband, Belisario Manrique, a talented Peruvian artist, live in North Naples where they enjoy growing a variety of fruit trees and other plants. They have three grown children.
