    • Q) How do I access the online calendar?
      A) The online fitness calendar is your best resource for classes and events. The beauty of the online calendar is that it’s always up to date and you have full details at the click of a mouse for each class and event. If a class is changed or cancelled, it will be updated here first. To access the online calendar simply go to the dunesofnaples.com homepage and click on “group exercise”.

      Q) Do I have to register for classes?

      A) Club-Sponsored Classes do not require pre-registration nor is there a minimum attendance requirement. These classes are first come first served so try to get there a bit early to reserve your spot! Pop-Up Classes do require pre-registration. These classes have a 4 participant minimum which is why pre-registration is so crucial. If we don’t have at least 4 participants pre-registered by 8 a.m. the morning of the class, the class will be cancelled.

      Q) What is the cost of classes and how do I pay for them?
      A) Club-Sponsored Classes are offered at no cost to members. Pop-Up classes are $10 per person. All classes are charged to the credit card linked to your member account. If you do not have a card linked to your member account, please contact Cara at [email protected] to arrange for payment prior to your first class.

      Q) Can I drop-in to group fitness classes if I forgot to register or decided to come at the last minute?
      A) Yes! Drop-ins are welcome however, pre-registered attendees will have preference if the class is full and remember that failing to register can lead to classes being cancelled unnecessarily.

      Q) What other services does the Wellness Team offer?
      A) There are currently 4 highly qualified Certified Personal Trainers and 2 exceptional massage therapists available to members of the Club at the Dunes. Additionally, assisted stretching and flexibility improvement sessions are available. To request an appointment or consultation regarding any of these services or if you have any questions regarding these services, please send an email to [email protected].

      Q) Can I bring my own trainer, instructor, or therapist to the Wellness Center?
      A) No, all trainers, instructors and therapists must meet qualification standards and be hired by management before working within the Dunes Wellness facility.

      Q) How do I pay for training, therapy, and massage services?
      A) All services are billed directly to the credit card linked to your member account. If you do not have a credit card linked to your account, please contact Cara at [email protected] to arrange for payment of services.

      Q) How do I report a problem with equipment in the Wellness Center?
      A) To report a problem with any piece of equipment in the fitness center, send an email to [email protected].
